How did I get here?

A woman with short dark hair, wearing a brown sweater and a colorful patterned dress, is smiling with her arms raised in front of tall grass at sunset.

I went from an existance where all I wanted was to numb and escape, to a full embrace of all that life is.

I’ve always felt a strong calling to serve, to contribute to the creation of a world of peace, justice and freedom for all. For years, I focused on supporting the creation of this in the external world through my work, while my inner world was chaotic and filled with unresolved grief, trauma and destructive patterns.

I kept running away from myself, until I couldn’t.

In 2016 I was forced to look inwards, to face myself, to get real. I learned that outer transformation comes from inner transformation and not the other way around.

I learned that if nothing changes, nothing changes.

Ever since, I’ve been on a deep personal healing journey to return to myself. I’ve continued to work in international affairs, while navigating a deep transition, a transformation into artist, alchemist, space holder, reiki master, yoga nidra guide, yoga teacher, shamanic energy medicine healer, mystic, breathwork guide and creator of healing sound. I want to continue to serve and create a world of peace, justice and freedom for all, from this new space.

I am here to disrupt, break cycles, change from the inside out.

As I keep exploring and expanding, I continuously discover new paths to come home to myself. To all of me. I’m learning to embrace and love it all as I allow all parts of me to exist, without getting stuck in old stories, false beliefs and patterns that no longer serve. I give myself permission to shift the energy. To alchemise, shapeshift and transform, while allowing, accepting and welcoming it all. Learning to love it all.

Coming home to every hidden, rejected, neglected piece of me.
