Somatics, Yoga & Movement

All my movement classes are an invitation to reclaim and call home all parts of you. Through movement, breath and beingness, I invite you to be with it all. All of your humanness, allowing all of your feelings, thoughts, sensations to exist as a a part of your divinity. In addition to Shake the Dust™, I offer Authentic Flow™ classes, Embodied Yin™, vinayasa flow as well as somatic Yoga Nidra.
